A personal relationship with Christ and a deep knowledge of God’s Word
A university degree in any field
Experience serving in a local church
A recommendation from the church pastor or leader
A recommendation from a member of a PTEE national or local committee
Successful completion of three PTEE courses
Conviction of the effectiveness of the PTEE method
Completion of the facilitator training workshop — 16 hours
Commitment to leading a class and following administrative procedures
The facilitator's role
The facilitator meets students weekly, leads the lesson discussion, answers questions, clarifies concepts, guides assignments, and encourages practical application in life and ministry.
